Whitney Shuttleworth is the Director of Grant Administration at the National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF). With a Bachelor of Philosophy in Environmental Studies and a Master of Public Administration, she holds a Certified Administrative Professional designation and a Permaculture Design Certificate.
