McCurdy MPhil, Kate Winterbottom MPH, Suril Mehta MPH, and Advisory Committee Chair James Roberts MD, MPH reviews the evidence of the mental and physical health benefits associated with unstructured, outdoor activities and time spent in a natural environment.
